Berklee Valencia’s Global Career Summit Celebrates Its 10th Anniversary

The milestone will be marked by a four-day event bringing leading voices from the music, entertainment, and technology industries to Valencia for an intensive program of keynotes, career workshops, master classes, and mentoring sessions.

Berklee Valencia will present the 10th Berklee Global Career Summit from January 13–16, 2026. This four-day professional development event, designed to support emerging creators as they transition into today’s global creative industries, will take place at Auditorio Santiago Grisolía at the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia, Spain.

Over the past decade, the Global Career Summit has evolved into one of Berklee Valencia’s signature annual events, bringing together graduate students, distinguished alumni, and internationally recognized leaders from across the fields of music, entertainment, and technology. The 10th edition will continue this tradition with an expanded program of keynotes, panels, hands-on workshops, one-on-one master classes, and curated networking opportunities.

A Very Special Speaker Lineup

This year’s summit gathers 20-plus speakers whose work spans film scoring, performance, production, songwriting, business innovation, and emerging technologies. Attendees will engage directly with creators and executives shaping today’s creative economy through sessions centered on practical skills, current industry trends, and real-world strategies for building sustainable careers.

Featured speakers for 2026 include: Patrick Doyle, composer and Berklee Valencia honorary doctorate recipient; Christian Lohr, producer and songwriter; Tigris Li, artist and creative technologist; Antonio Serrano, Latin Grammy–winning harmonica virtuoso and flamenco-jazz innovator; and Jonas Weber, CEO of the global artist-discovery platform COLORSxSTUDIOS. A Comprehensive, Skills-Based Experience

The program will be filled with activities, such as keynotes and talks with industry experts as well as career workshops at the basic, advanced, and expert levels. In addition, invaluable networking opportunities with speakers and Berklee Valencia’s students, staff, and faculty will be available, as well as the chance to apply for an individual mentoring session with an industry expert.

These sessions focus on core areas, including business strategy, scoring for media, contemporary production techniques, performance practices, songwriting, branding, digital communication, and intellectual property. They are meant to equip attendees with actionable tools and perspectives to support their professional paths.

Access and Registration

All current graduate students enrolled at Berklee Valencia are automatically registered as part of their program. A limited number of tickets for Berklee undergraduate students, alumni, and external guests will be available on the event website. Group ticket packages are also offered through the Global Career Summit website.

A Milestone Year

As the summit enters its 10th year, Berklee Valencia continues its commitment to preparing the next generation of artists, producers, composers, and creative entrepreneurs. This anniversary edition celebrates a decade of connection, collaboration, and globally minded career preparation. Tickets are available until Saturday, January 3. A 25 percent group discount is available for those who purchase their tickets in groups of four.
