Program Hours: 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Morning Sessions:

  • 9:30 a.m.–11:00 a.m.: CORE courses (Music Tech Foundations, Studio Production & Live Production)
  • 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.: CORE courses (Music Tech Foundations, Studio Production & Live Production)

Lunch Break:

  • 1:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m.

Afternoon Sessions:

  • 2:00 p.m.–3:30 p.m.: CORE courses (Music Tech Foundations, Studio Production & Live Production)
  • 4:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.: Production Clinics and workshops 

Optional Evening Workshops:

  • 6:00 p.m. onward: Optional activities

Production Clinics

Production Clinics offer optional hands-on opportunities for students to support BV-CAMP Youth recordings, open mics, and final performances. These sessions allow participants to apply the concepts learned in their core production classes and gain practical experience in a collaborative environment.

Workshops

Optional Workshops occur within the regular program hours and are designed to broaden students’ understanding of various production fields and introduce new creative tools and techniques. Sessions may include topics such as DJ skills, Ableton, Logic, EDM production, mixing, songwriting, and beatmaking. These workshops provide valuable exposure to different areas within contemporary music production.

Evening Activities

Evening Activities take place from 6:30–8:00 p.m. and offer additional optional programming for production students. Sample activities can include open rehearsals, industry talks, open mics, and DJ nights. These sessions provide opportunities to connect with classmates, and serve as a relaxed, collaborative setting for students to continue exploring music and production outside of class time.
