Complete Musical Background Form
Upon registering for the program, students should have received a link to the Musical Background Form to complete with information about musical training. If you have not completed this form, please do so as soon as possible. You will also be asked to submit a one- to two-minute video of yourself playing your instrument. We will use this information to place you in appropriate groups based on skill level and instrumentation.
