This year marks the 9th edition of the concert series "Music in Sant Jeroni of Cotalb" to be held at the Monastery of Sant Jeroni de Cotalba, located in Alfauir. This edition, will see a lot of variety various prestigious artists. It is more ambitious in terms of musical styles spanning from classical music such as "Capella de Ministrers" or "Master Chamber Players", the opera soprano Julia Farres-Llongueras and Vicent baritone Antequera, but also the original jazz "Javier Vercher Quartet" or the funk and soul of the international training "George Lacson Project".
Tickets for the concerts are available at all offices of Caixa Popular, who are the sponsors for another year of this 9th edition of "Music in St. Jerome" or directly online www.mgticket.com/cotalba. Concerts can be combined optionally with guided visits to the Monastery which will begin at 18:00 h and dinner in the romantic garden of the Monastery, after the concerts.
The George Lacson Project
The 'George Lacson Project' is an international collective of musicians from Berklee School of Music, the subsidiary of Valencia, Spain . Led by bassist George Lacson , sound fuses traditional jazz, funk , R & B with innovative influences of contemporary music .
