FastForward

FastForward 2016 is a brand new event for the music business calendar, providing a platform that exists to connect, engage, and inspire ambitious under 35 year-olds working in the music business all over the world, laying the foundation for a sustainable career in the modern music industry. While FastForward is aimed at under 35s, there are no strict rules as to who can attend. But those establishing themselves in the industry who want to expand their network, rather than those who are fully established already, will find it most valuable.

The conference has a limited capacity of 120 delegates with the aim of developing a close-knit community and to allow networking at a much higher efficiency than at larger music business conferences. It is hoped that this will encourage all who attend to ‘continue the conversation’ via the contacts they make in Amsterdam long after the event finishes.

The schedule for FastForward, including keynote presentations, panels, FastFifteen sessions and networking opportunities, is curated by Media Insight Consulting. The purpose is to provide a diverse and exciting range of topics and speakers offering a refreshing perspective on the modern music industry, and how they envision it moving forward.

Emilien Moyon, program director of the Master of Arts in Global Entertainment and Music  at Berklee College of Music's campus in Valencia, will be participating at FastForward as a speaker.
