Director of the Global Entertainment and Music Business Graduate Program at Berklee College of Music in Valencia Emilien Moyon will be a guest speaker at the SLUSH Music conference in Helsinki, Finland as part of two different panels :

1 - Sourcing Talent to the Music Industry - Tuesday Nov 28, 12:00 p.m.

This panel will look at the exciting opportunities that exist in music and ask: what new skills, knowledge, and mindset are required today, and how can the industry attract top talent? They will discuss what motivates talented and ambitious people, illustrating how we can create magnetic pull for those who absolutely must satisfy their passion for music in addition to their deep-seated need to make a global impact.

2 - Next Generation of Music Leaders - Tuesday Nov 28, 1:30 p.m.

How do you educate the upcoming music leaders and provide them with the network? This talk is covered by major educational institutions like Berklee College of Music, Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM) and School of Audio Engineering (SAE) with the point-of-view of a self-made music entrepreneur Paavo Siljamäki.
