This panel will look at the exciting opportunities that exist in music and ask: what new skills, knowledge, and mindset are required today, and how can the industry attract top talent? They will discuss what motivates talented and ambitious people, illustrating how we can create magnetic pull for those who absolutely must satisfy their passion for music in addition to their deep-seated need to make a global impact.

This talk is covered by major educational institutions like Berklee College of Music, Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM) and School of Audio Engineering (SAE) with the point-of-view of a self-made music entrepreneur Paavo Siljamäki.
