Boundless Music takes you to the field of traditional folk music of Spain and America - Flamenco music presented by Sergio Martinez and his flamenco band, and American folk songs presented by the finger-style guitarist Jared Janzen. Through their folk roots, Sergio and Jared will showcase their music in a contemporary and new age style that would bring you a completely new experience.

Faculty member Sergio Martínez is one of the most influential and international Flamenco percussionists today. His collaborations include artists like Paul Simon, El Cigala, José Mercé, Niña Pastori and references in the contemporary Jazz world such as Danilo Pérez, John Patittucci or Joe Lovano to name a few. His dedication to Flamenco music and to Jazz and World music took him to graduate at Berklee College of Music Boston and Berklee Valencia, where he teaches currently.
Berklee Study Abroad undergraduate program's student Jared Janzen is a US native performer, teacher, songwriter, and studio musician. His main style emphasis is new age fingerstyle guitar with singing, blending traditional genres such as folk, r&b, and rock into one. Influences include Andy Mckee, Michael Hedges, James Taylor, Ray LaMontagne and much more. Jared stretches the boundaries of acoustic guitar playing and will suspend you with his storytelling.
