Berklee's campus in Valencia faculty members come together in their largest numbers to date to put on a special concert under the name Berklee València Faculty All Stars as part of the XXII edition of Valencia’s Jazz Festival, starting on June 2.
Eleven virtuosos will showcase their talents drawing from their diverse backgrounds that span the globe.While smaller bands of this faculty are active in the music industry, this is the first time so many have come together, presenting a collaboration of jazz fusion, Latin jazz, and original music.
Join us for this rare musical experience with Casey Driessen (fiddle), Sergio Martínez (percussion), Victor Mendoza (vibraphone), Federico Nathan (violin), Polo Ortí (piano), Viktorija Pilotovic (voice), Olga Román (voice), Israel Sandoval (guitar), Mariano Steimberg (drums), Javier Vercher (saxophone), & Gary Willis (bass).
With the ticket sales from this concert, Berklee will fund a scholarship to be awarded to one Valencian-born musician or resident to enroll in the Spain Summer Performance Program taking place from July 16 to July 27, 2018.
