Albert Sanz at Sala Matisse

On Sunday, September 22 at 7:30 p.m., Berklee Valencia piano faculty Albert Sanz will perform at Sala Matisse in Valencia, featuring singer Carme Canela as special guest. 

Sanz is a unique, lyrical, and inventive voice on the piano. He combines a Spanish and South American musical background with a knowledge of African American jazz and European classical traditions.

Canela is one of the top voices in Spanish jazz. She has performed with international jazz artists  such as Guillermo Klein, Bruce Barth, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Lluís Vidal, and Perico Sambeat.
