Jorge Rostoll Leblanc is Senior Director of Operations at Berklee College of Music in Valencia, Spain. He joined Berklee in May 2011 to supervise the construction and develop the administrative functions of the College’s first international campus outside of Boston, US, at the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia in The City of Arts and Sciences of Valencia.

He is responsible for all operational and administrative activities at the Berklee campus, including finance, human resources, legal services, purchasing and IT, as well as the establishment and maintenance of technology. As such, he also led the project for the installation of the campus’ world-class recording/teaching studio complex in coordination with Walters-Storyk Design group, which was later nominated for a TEC Award.

A graduate in Industrial Engineering of the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia in Industrial Engineering, Rostoll also holds a masters degree in Academic Research from the Universidad Católico de Valencia San Vicente Mártir. In addition, he has conducted other post-graduate studies at Harvard Business School and Escuela de Organización Industrial.

Rostoll is a skilled project manager with extensive experience working in international companies, managing multi-site and multi-country resources in various industries – from automotive, semi-conductor and electronics to education.
