Berklee’s Valencia campus launched its second year of master’s programs this September, welcoming 115 students from 29 countries and launching a new Music Technology Innovation program.
The new program adds to the slate of programs that debuted last year in Scoring for Film, Television, and Video Games; Contemporary Studio Performance; and Global Entertainment and Music Business.
“We are excited about the start of our second year of master’s programs. The quality of the students is amazing as well as the increase in applications we have received,” said Guillermo Cisneros, vice president for global initiatives at Berklee and executive director of Berklee in Valencia. “The new program in Music Technology Innovation, led by Stephen Webber, offers musicians and composers an unparalleled opportunity to explore new artistic directions using innovations in music, technology, and application of technology to music.”
